Service Description

During this zoom call all questions will be answered and you will learn the details about your service of inquiry. I will also examine your teeth to determine how you should properly prepare for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours or more of the Appointment date can receive a $25 refund or the full payment can be used toward a later appointment date. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will NOT receive a refund. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your service please call! There is no guarantee that JD Smiles will be able to accommodate you, but just call! In this case, the same cancellation policy will apply. (We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.)
