Service Description

* Duration of appointment varies on the amount of gems you get. * Swarovski crystals are $85 for the 1st gem (+$20 for every gem added on) * They are semi permanent, lasting 6months to a year. (If your gem comes off within a week of application you can come back and get a re-installation for the service fee of $20) *You will not be able to eat/drink for up tp 30 minutes after appointment *Deposit required to book your appointment

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours or more of the Appointment date can receive a $25 refund or the full payment can be used toward a later appointment date. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will NOT receive a refund. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your service please call! There is no guarantee that JD Smiles will be able to accommodate you, but just call! In this case, the same cancellation policy will apply. (We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.)
